Owner and Master Instructor Shantih, has been practicing Pilates for over 19 years. A major focus of her teaching is that knowledge is power. The more we know about our bodies, as well as our connection to our spirit and mind, the more we may make even the smallest of changes in our daily practices and create a greater sense of health and wellbeing.
Trained through many of the top instructors in the Pilates world, her background incorporates an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as studies in, and a deep connection to, the subtler energies of our beings, allowing for a truly wholistic approach to every individual.
