Owner and Master Instructor Shantih, has been practicing Pilates for over 17 years. A major focus of her teaching is that knowledge is power. The more we know about our bodies, as well as our connection to our spirit and mind, the more we are able to make even the smallest of changes in our daily practices create great changes towards over all well being. Trained through many of the top instructors in the Pilates world her background incorporates an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as studies in, and a deep connection to, the subtler energies of our beings allowing for a truly wholistic approach to every individual.
Instructor Vicky Huber has over 10 years experience teaching Pilates and 16 years of fitness training. She finds joy in seeing her clients lives enhanced not just physically but in all aspects through the mind body work of Pilates.
